The LeadPI performance credential is awarded to providers who reach a qualifying Lead Performance Index threshold. It reflects a documented track record of lead quality, independently verified by Trestle.
Eligibility is determined entirely by a provider's Lead Performance Index rating at the close of each quarterly rating period. Providers who reach the qualifying threshold are awarded the credential for that period. The credential reflects independently verified performance data and nothing else.
60–74
Independent Trestle verification confirmed across multiple rating periods. A documented baseline of lead quality.
75–84
Sustained above-average index performance across contact validity, data freshness, and delivery consistency.
85+
Top-tier index rating across all measured factors for the current rating period.
The LeadPI performance credential is issued at the close of each quarterly rating period based on the provider's index at that time. A credential reflects performance during a specific period, not a provider's historical record. Buyers can verify the credential period directly on the platform and confirm it reflects a current rating.
